Orders placed by 2:00 pm EDT will ship the same business day unless otherwise noted on our website. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EDT will ship the following business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

RETURNS
To return an order, you must contact us via e-mail at customerservice@ventafish.com for an RMA #. Packages sent back to us without an RMA # will be refused and returned to you at your cost. No returns as a result of damage will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
