How long will it take to get my order?

Orders placed by 2:00 pm EDT will ship the same business day unless otherwise noted on our website. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EDT will ship the following business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Most products ship by ground delivery and may take 1-6 business days for delivery depending on your location. We reserve the right to ship via our carrier of choice, which may include, but is not limited to USPS, FEDEX, DHL, or UPS. All packages are insured at no additional cost to you. We will send you an e-mail within 24 hours of shipping your order with tracking information. Please email us for a shipping quote if you are located in AK, HI, PR or in another country.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX (American Express) credit cards through our shopping cart. As a service to our fellow anglers, we also offer Google Checkout and PayPal checkout options. A 7.5% sales tax will be applied to all shipping addresses in the State of Florida. Regardless of how you choose to pay for your VENTAFISH™ we use software that encrypts all the information you send us. We keep all the information you send us private; we don't sell it.

Why is my shopping cart still empty after I add an item?

To purchase items on our website, you must have cookies enabled in your browser in order to use the shopping cart. We use cookies to store very basic information on your machine. Cookies are small bits of information that are written to your hard disk. These pieces of information can contain anything from a login name and password to dates, preferences, or visited pages. The cookies placed on your machine are used solely to protect the integrity of your shopping cart and experience on our website.

What is your return policy?

To return an order, you must e-mail customerservice@ventafish.com for an RMA #. Packages sent back to us without an RMA # will be refused and returned to you at your cost. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

If the product is delivered and looks like it was run over by the delivery truck, or like the product could be damaged, point out the damage to the delivery driver/agent. Ask to inspect the package. If after inspection you find the product to be damaged and are not satisfied with the condition of the product due to the damage, refuse it right then and there. Do not sign for the package. Then notify us by e-mail at customerservice@ventafish.com that it is being returned due to damage. Once we receive it back and note the damage, we will reship another identical product out to you immediately. (In some cases, once we track the product and see that is being returned to us we can re-ship your order to save time).

If you want to return an order because of an error on our end please notify us by email for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number within 7 days of delivery. We will take care of the error at our expense.

If you want to return an order because you changed your mind you may do so, but we cannot be responsible for shipping costs back to us. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with shipping the item back to us and we cannot refund shipping from your initial purchase. Original shipping is a service that was provided. A 10% restocking fee will also be applied to cover the costs associated with processing a returned product. You must e-mail customerservice@ventafish.com and obtain an RMA # before returning your order. All orders being returned because you no longer want it or you changed your mind must be returned within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Free Shipping Offer (Limited Time Only)

Our "Free Shipping Offer" is only applicable to the Continental United States. Your order will be sent via ground service on our choice of carrier. Typical delivery times range from 1-5 days depending on your location. If you require overnight or expedited delivery, you will need to e-mail us. Free shipping does not apply to expedited, overnight, or international deliveries.
